Mortgage Rates displayed are those from our Network Lenders analyzed over the past seven to ten days prior to publication. The rates reflect quotes delivered to consumers who are similarly situated to the assumptions described below. The “as low as” rate is derived by determining most lenders with the lowest quote rate being delivered to the most consumers across the country during the prescribed period. The rates displayed are not loan approvals or a commitment to lend. LendingTree does not originate loans, each lender will have its own underwriting requirements, approval process, and costs associated with the same. Actual fees, costs, rates, terms, points and origination expenses will vary per lender. Additional fees can be added such as an appraisal fee, credit report fee, lender fees, mortgage insurance, taxes, insurance and/or VA Funding Fee.

LendingTree charges the Network Lenders a “Lead Fee” for its services, fees are never charged to the consumer. Network Lenders are not to impose this “Lead Fee” upon the consumer as it is a marketing replacement cost that should be absorbed by each Lender. The Lead Fee will not exceed $290 based on the current fair market value (FMV) of the goods, services and facilities being provided by LendingTree to its Network Lenders. Lead fees are subject to change based on several factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, product, geographic location, filter sets chosen, etc.
