Throughout the entire process of buying our new home, Marty Andel has been extremely easy to work with. With his excellent communication skills and dedication to his job, my wife and I were very pleased with how quick, easy, and thorough Marty was. Anytime we had a question, needed more information, or needed to complete something for Marty, he always got back to us right away with clear and easy instructions and information. We will definitely be recommending Marty to any of our friends and family that are refinancing or buying a new home.

I was referred to Richard Schiller and his company by my friend and neighbor. The first time I spoke with Richard, he introduced himself, the company, and what made them stand out from the others. It has been absolutely wonderful working with Richard. The process was incredibly quick and easy. Richard kept in touch and explained every step along the way. He is kind, understanding, professional, personable, and has a good sense of humor. I think of Richard as one of my friends now .*.he did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough. 👏👏🏼👏🏽👏👏

Applied for a loan with Lending Tree. Royal called me for days non stop gave all my info and I am self employed. 758 credit score applying for equity on a house that is paid off. As soon as I submitted everything and they realized it was gonna be more work than normal because I am self employed. They said they would call me back in a few hours and they never called and ignored my text, call, and email. 5 days later, received a email stating loan was canceled because my application was incomplete. I have 6 properties and plan on purchasing 10 more within the year. Got approved the next day with another lender. Will never recommend or use them ever. Will tell anyone I know, avoid at all cost. The person who called me was Jubilee Brendenberger.
